Making a specialist mission understandable

Digital Forensics South Africa needed a website that could explain its work in digital evidence, investigation and litigation support without losing visitors in technical detail. Pace worked from discovery and requirements into content structure and alternative homepage designs.

Design reviewed in a working environment

Multiple design options were made available on staging, with iterative input from DFSA's leadership. This allowed the organisation to review the message, imagery and navigation in context. The resulting site presents the mission, areas of focus, governance and contact routes, including an invitation to experienced practitioners.

From approval to deployment

Pace packaged the production files and supported deployment with the client's hosting provider. The website launched in September 2026, followed by content updates through the client's Git-based deployment process. The handover preserved a practical route for maintaining the site after the initial launch.

THE DELIVERY

A launched public website giving a specialist organisation a clear mission, coherent service narrative and direct contact routes.
