An economic development story in one place
Enterprise iLembe promotes investment, tourism and business development on KwaZulu-Natal's North Coast. Its digital channels needed to explain that proposition while keeping procurement, reports and vacancies accessible. Pace's relationship began with hosting and migration in 2020 and developed into successive website programmes.
Consolidating the visitor journey
The 2021–2022 rebuild brought the agency website and North Coast tourism content together. Destination North Coast became a section within the agency's site, reducing the need for audiences to move between separate properties. Content migration, document publishing and staff training accompanied the redesign; the Vuthela programme was added to the site in 2023.
A new design, built for ongoing publishing
The 2025–2026 redesign progressed from initial concepts through Figma reviews, front-end development and content migration. The new website went live in March 2026, with investment sectors, tourism, the incubator and governance content in a consistent structure. Post-launch tender, RFQ, vacancy and news updates continued through Pace's support desk.
A long-term digital service
The engagement spans inherited WordPress sites, the 2022 rebuild and the 2026 redesign. Hosting, DNS, SSL, maintenance, content management and reporting kept the operational needs alongside the design work. It demonstrates how an agency's online presence can evolve without treating every redesign as a disconnected project.
