Visitor information, online permits, mobile apps and staff communication for a World Heritage Site.
Delivered & supportedPACE ONLINE / CASE STUDY
Destination discovery, conservation information and a substantial public document library.
Ezemvelo's website must help a visitor plan a trip while also serving conservation specialists, suppliers, job seekers and the public. Pace's work joined destination information with corporate and scientific publishing, creating routes to parks, booking information, tenders, careers and public documents.
The initial engagement moved a legacy static site onto a manageable CMS. The later 2025–2026 programme covered stakeholder consultation, information architecture, a new website, content writing and migration, protected-area information and document recovery. Rebuilding the pages was only part of the task: content and downloadable material also had to remain useful and reachable.
Pace delivered CMS access, a content handover pack and administrator walkthroughs so staff could maintain pages, images, buttons and documents. Hosting, ticketed content publishing, technical maintenance and SEO work supported the website across successive versions. The latest website programme launched in May 2026, with handover work continuing into August.
Rhino Club membership functionality was addressed in the earlier requirements and design work. This case study focuses on the delivered public website, content and support programme; it does not present the separately scoped loyalty application as a completed rollout.
