Connecting field activity with programme oversight
Public-employment programmes need to connect workers, implementing partners and programme administrators. Pace developed a digital proof-of-work concept using Uniflo, with a mobile worker experience, WhatsApp onboarding and desktop dashboards.
Demonstrating the proposed workflow
The working prototype was demonstrated to Vodacom and used in solution sessions with the Independent Development Trust during 2026. The proposition was also presented to an Eastern Cape public-sector EPWP team. The prototype made the proposed experience tangible so stakeholders could discuss requirements and integration needs.
Prototype, not production rollout
The source record establishes demonstrations and solution work, not an awarded contract or deployed public-employment system. This project is included as product-development work. The dashboard image shows demonstration data rather than records of real programme participants.
