A website with practical municipal workflows
The municipality needed more than a refreshed homepage. Public notices, supply-chain documents, recruitment and departmental information all required a reliable publishing route. Pace took over hosting, stabilised the legacy CMS and developed a replacement website in parallel.
A modernised public website
The revamped website launched in September 2023. Content structures, CMS tools and staff training supported municipal communications, while ticketed publishing handled time-sensitive HR, finance, procurement and governance documents. Analytics and reporting accompanied the ongoing hosting and technical service.
Moving recruitment online
An online jobs portal was integrated into the municipal website and launched in March 2025. Pace provided demonstrations, a help manual, a video and HR working sessions, then developed further enhancements requested by the team. Applicants gained an online channel while HR staff received the tools and guidance to operate it.
Support through the change of provider
The wider engagement continued into 2026. At handover in April, Pace transferred the site files, media storage and domain information to the successor provider. Website design, workflow development, training and service continuity were treated as parts of the same delivery.
