Promotion and public accountability on one site
A development agency needs to present opportunities while making procurement and governance information accessible. Pace built a new HGDA website in 2023 and was reappointed in 2025 for the next-generation website, procurement and jobs portals.
A structured agency presence
The earlier programme replaced the legacy site with sections for the investment proposition, catalytic projects, partnerships, leadership and policies. The later build expanded board, senior-management, local economic development and tourism content. Site and domain migration, design reviews and content development supported the transition.
Procurement information with a publishing workflow
The procurement portal covers tenders, quotations, bid and closing registers, intentions to award and notices. A jobs portal provides a separate recruitment route. These are recurring operational needs, so Pace's delivery included the content-support process behind them rather than only the page designs.
Support after release
The new website entered support and maintenance in September 2025. The Drive delivery record documents continued publishing through September 2026. The resulting engagement connects investment promotion with the everyday public-information responsibilities of a development agency.
