Clearer access to qualification information
Training providers, learners and assessment centres need an authoritative place to find examination and accreditation information. INSETA commissioned a dedicated Assessment Quality Partner website alongside its main institutional web presence. Pace translated the quality-assurance team's content brief into a focused public website.
A dedicated AQP channel
The build included visual design options, a Joomla and YOOtheme implementation, content population and document libraries. The site brought together EISA information, exemplar papers, accreditation processes, QCTO directives and policies. Client review and refinements preceded its June 2024 launch.
Support across both sites
Pace also provided hosting, content management and support for the main INSETA website during a three-year appointment. Work included migration, server and DNS management, procurement notices, programme information, monthly reporting and service reviews. Updated quality-assurance information continued to be published after the AQP launch.
A complete exit as well as a launch
The engagement ended in September 2025 with backups of both sites, a domain transfer and administrator access for the incoming provider. The work illustrates the value of pairing a specialist content website with dependable day-to-day publishing and a documented handover.
