Building the service around different users
A school-transport platform has to connect the person arranging a trip, the driver completing it and the team managing the service. Pace's engagement with Schulber Rides covered the product requirements, brand identity, interactive design and full application development.
Two mobile experiences and one back office
The delivered platform comprised Flutter rider and driver apps for mobile devices, together with a Laravel administration portal. Work included map and places services, card-payment integration, QA and release support. A website and business email setup accompanied the software so the new brand had more than an app alone.
From prototype to release
The project progressed from an approved prototype in 2024 into application delivery and store-release work in 2025, followed by driver-app distribution and maintenance correspondence. This is a record of the development engagement, rather than a claim that every original store listing remains available today.
The wider delivery lesson
Mobility software is a coordinated service: branding, booking journeys, driver workflows, payments and administration need to work together. Pace's role was to translate that service into a connected product and support its release, not only produce isolated screens.
